Import from Parcel

To import your products from parcel follow the guide below

Make sure you have set up your Vault before importing your products.

Head over to the Import settings page

You can find this page by clicking the settings arrow and the dropdown coming down

Click parcel import button

Getting your parcel export file

To get your parcel export file you will need to run the /settings command that the parcel bot provides shown below.

Click on the Hub option

Click export database

Click on the download icon

Select your parcel export file

This must be the file that you downloaded from DMS

Click select all or the select products you want to import

Click confirm

You are done!

This usually takes up to 30 seconds depending on how many products you have and how many owners, we have a limit of 200 owners per product for import. If you encounter any issues with the import please create a ticket in the Vault communications server and someone will assist you.
